As a Partner of Western Sage Accounting Inc., Larry is widely recognized as an exceptional accountant with expertise in tax, tax planning, estate planning, and business succession. He is well known for his agricultural knowledge with taxes. His experience of almost 40 years and education brings a skill set to his clients that has helped many succeed through good and bad economic times. He has successfully transitioned many businesses to the next generation. Growing up in the Big Horn Basin, he has been an avid outdoorsman all of his life. He has hunted internationally and has pursued big game animals on three continents. His most memorable experiences come from introducing younger generations to outdoor way of life. He serves on the Big Horn Basin Sage Grouse Working Group. This group works with other organizations in the State of Wyoming to adopt instrumental strategies to help maintain healthy sage grouse populations. He also serves on the Board of a local church.

A Partner and Enrolled Agent of Western Sage Accounting Inc., Kristi grew up on a farm consisting of a dairy operation, beef operation and hay and small grain production. Her knowledge in agriculture makes her an exceptional bookkeeper and tax preparer. Because of her desire to work within the agricultural community she has past experiences in banking as a Loan Specialist which has given her insight on business structure and financial needs. With her 20+ years’ experience with banking and accounting, her honed skills has given her the ability to understand business operations including ranches, farms and small business organizations. She and her husband Wes moved to Worland in 1995 and started a family. Her pastime enjoyments include following her children in various activities as well as being active in her church.

Ted is a local farmer and has been in accounting since 1976. He is our secret weapon and we would be lost without him.

Stephanie moved to Wyoming in the late 1980’s and has been a part of the Big Horn Basin community since that time. She has 12+ years of banking experience and has been a part of Western Sage Accounting Inc. since 2012. Her responsibilities include daily management of the office and processing tax returns. She is active in her church and enjoys time with her children and grandchildren in the off season.

Valerie is a Colorado native but moved to Wyoming in 1985 as she was stationed at the FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne as an electronic technician. She retired from the Air Force in 2005 and transitioned into the accounting field. As a staff accountant she works directly with clients to prepare payroll and applicable payroll filings, reconcile bookkeeping information and compile financial statements, complete local government finances surveys, proof of cash documents, annual report summaries and other agreed upon procedures. Her prior years’ experience in bookkeeping and banking has given her the ability to communicate effectively with her clients in assisting them with their financial needs. She has been a part of Western Sage Accounting Inc. team since 2014. Valerie and her family moved to Thermopolis in 2005. She enjoys golfing with her husband, scrapbooking and sewing.

Tara was raised in Worland and is a local farmer. As a Bookkeeper she works directly with clients to prepare payroll and applicable payroll filings, reconcile bookkeeping information and compile financial statements, complete local government finances surveys, proof of cash documents, annual report summaries and other agreed upon procedures. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Rachel moved to Wyoming in the early 90's and has been a resident of Ten Sleep since 2006. She has background experience in Human Resources, Banking and Paralegal Studies. She has been with Western Sage Accounting Inc. since 2015. As a Bookkeeper she works directly with clients to prepare payroll and applicable payroll filings, reconcile bookkeeping information and compile financial statements, complete local government finances surveys, proof of cash documents, annual report summaries and other agreed upon procedures. She has been President of the Ten Sleep Recreation District since 2008. She enjoys the gym, loves movies, hiking in the outdoors and spending time with her family.
